Position title: General Manager (Bali)
Reports to: Director of Operations

Position summary:

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for all aspects of operations at the property, day-to-day staff management, finance and guests satisfaction.You should be an ambassador for the Outpost brand, be a part of our community, provide leadership, strategic planning to all departments and ensure operational excellence and maximize our operational profits.

You will be responsible for managing the properties departmental management team and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience.

GM duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversees the operations of the entire property.
  • Manage on-going profitability of the property, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure that monthly financial forecast for Coliving, Coworking, Food & Beverage, Travel, Trainings, Events and all other departments are on target.
  • Analyzing P&L statements and reacting with impactful strategies based on findings
  • Prepare and monitor daily and monthly financial reports
  • Responsible for the preparation and presentation of the annual Operating Budget
  • Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipments and services
  • Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with departmental managers on a daily basis
  • Lead and mentor the management team to ensure career progression and development
  • Act as a final decision maker in hiring a key staffs
  • Ensure full compliance to SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards
  • Conduct and respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved

Outpost is looking for a passionate and dedicated International Partnership Manager. The person should have excellent experience in creating and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships. They should be confident in sales with a strong command of business development, and spoken and written English.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain international partnership opportunities
  • Develop leads with foreign partners and corporations
  • Liaise with international organizations
  • Correspond with partners as needed and remain main point of contact assisting with post-sales follow-up
  • Develop sales materials and ensure they align with the brand
  • Work alongside marketing team to develop outreach plans


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Sales, Partnerships, Marketing
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Our ideal candidate and experience includes working in sales in hotel, working among various sales channels, has strong command of written English but enthusiasm for our work is most important.

Job Description

Our Principal HR Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and is involved with the strategic development of our talent acquisition. This includes the administration of policies, procedures, and programmes of the company. It is a full-on role for an experienced HR manager to head their own department, working closely with the senior management within the company. 

Key Roles for our Principal HR Lead:

  • Coordinate candidate discovery and staffing logistics for company hires, conducting pre-employment evaluations, interviews, on-boarding, off-boarding, and management for active job listings, 
  • Management of compliance-oriented duties such as visas, tax reporting
  • Conduct employee training, mentoring, and performance management
  • In charge of planning and developing a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Developing and maintaining a system of compensation and benefits, employee welfare, safety, wellness and health.
  • Making sure that each HR policy development and documentation is inline with the company’s culture and values


Basic Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years working within the HR function

  • A minimum of 1 year as an HR Generalist or People Operations Director 
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results
  • Strong employee-relations skills with attention to diverse international and local culture knowledge; must be approachable and able to earn trust and credibility with employees in the organization

We are looking for a Junior  Accounting person to join our team. This role is responsible for the bookeeping of Outpost, taxes and fillings, as well as executing proper procedure following government rules and regulations.

Minimum job qualifications:

  • Candidate has to be computer savy, proficient in Excel.
  • Having an experience with any of accounting software, Xero will be an advantage.
  • Having an experience liasing with any of South East Asia headquarter would be a benefit.
  • Have a good understanding of Indonesian Tax regulations and PMA fillings.
  • Organized, accurate and attention to detail.
  • Sufficient English skills.
