Get DirectionsUbud is a mecca for remote workers looking for a slice of paradise. Set amongst lush rice fields, monkey-filled jungles and Balinese temples, Ubud is the cultural heart of Bali. Along with its rep for yoga and mindfulness, Ubud is an energetic entrepreneurial hub. Ubud takes its name from the Balinese word “ubad,” which means medicine. Once an important source for traditional healing plants and herbs, today it draws travelers with its verdant rice fields, rich Balinese culture, and thriving wellness scene.

Rent out private offices and rooms of all sizes for you and your team, short or long term.
Choose your officeOur General Manager, Remy, always has a big smile on his face. It's hard not to be charmed by his thick French accent. Ask him about our space, your membership or whatever's on your mind.
As our coliving coordinator, Ragu may very well be the first person you meet when you arrival in Bali! He knows Ubud inside and out so you can find everything you need during your stay.
As our experience coordinator, Kirana will make sure you'll connect with all members inside our space as well as curate a special calendar of social and educational events for you each week.
Think yoga and granola vs surf and turf, both good in their own way!
Yes. If you book direct, you will get an unlimited coworking pass added to your booking at a members-only discounted rate. You are also able to upgrade your stay with a cowork pass when you check-in at our colive.
Ubud Penestanan is where coworking and coliving sit under the same roof. Outpost Ubud is our original coliving property with a separate coworking – where it all began in 2016. We like to think of it as our headquarters now. The newest spot in town is Outpost Ubud Bungalows with 10 private Balinese-style bungalow rooms, located just a 6 minute walk from our coworking HQ.
There isn’t public transportation in Bali, so we recommend you rent a scooter to whizz around town. We can put you in touch with someone on arrival. Alternatively, taxis here are affordable and personal drivers can take you around for a day/week/month to suit your needs (We can also introduce you to some of ours).
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our coliving rooms at this time. Although we’d love to see your furry friend, we try to respect the allergies of our members in the shared coliving.
If you are one of these countries, you can get a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at Bali’s International Airport or apply for an E-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival) before your arrival. The visa will cost 500,00 IDR or approximately 35 USD and is valid for 30 days (extendable once for another 30 days).
If you’re looking to stay long term in Bali, we would suggest to apply for a Business Visa through an official visa agency. The entire process might take 5-6 days in total and agents usually charge between $300 – $400 per visa application. If you’re an Outpost member who has purchased a cowork pass or booked colive, you can get 10% visa services from LegalLegends Bali.
If you’re fully vaccinated (2 doses Moderna/Pfizer/Astra or 1 dose J&J), then you don’t need any PCR test to show on arrival. However, if you are partially vaccinated, you must show a antigen test 24 hours prior or a PCR test 72 hours prior to entry.
We offer two types of rates when booking with us: a non-refundable rate and a refundable rate.
Our non-refundable rate gives you the best value we can offer. Unfortunately, this reservation cannot be refunded, exchanged, or the dates modified once purchased. You’re more than welcome to always transfer it to another person to enjoy if you’d like.
Our refundable rate allows you to fully refund your booking up to 14 days before your arrival date. We totally understand that circumstances may change quickly. If you’d like a refund, just send us a message:
Refer to your booking confirmation to know which rate you purchased in addition to our terms and conditions. Please note that refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process.
