Fiona: I’m Fiona Bleatmen, 29 years old, originally from London, UK.

Q: What type of work do you do? (freelancer, entrepreneur, remote employee…)?

Fiona: I’m a Human Design Business Specialist. I work 100% remotely with clients worldwide, helping them start and grow their businesses in a sustainable and fulfilling way.

Q: What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned while living and working abroad?

Fiona: The importance of community. As a digital nomad, having a strong network of like-minded professionals makes the journey so much more rewarding.

Q: Have you met people at Outpost that turned into close friends or collaborators?

Fiona: Absolutely! I’ve made lifelong friends at Outpost coworking in Ubud. I’ve also been able to skill swap and collaborate with inspiring entrepreneurs, which has been an incredible part of the experience.

Q: How important is community for your work-life balance?

Fiona: That the freedom based lifestyle is possible. If you want to grow as a person and an entrepreneur the nomadic journey could be just the right thing for you! 

Q: Do you see yourself settling down one day, or do you want to keep traveling?

Fiona: One day, I imagine I’ll have a home base. But right now, the nomadic lifestyle is exactly what I need, it’s been the best choice for my growth and happiness.
